Alterations & Tailoring Services

Our typical turn-around for Alteration/Tailoring service is  4 - 7 Days, depending on current workload and what you need done on your garment(s).

No, we do not offer same day alteration/tailoring service. Same day services is not common within  our industry, as Alterations/Tailoring is time-consuming and delicate work. 

No, due to limited space at our facility our Tailor & Seamstress are not on-site daily. Fittings are scheduled and welcomed on a limited walk-in basis with our trained staff. 

Special event attire, Formal Dress, Evening Gowns,  Wedding Dress, Quincenera Dress Alterations will require a scheduled fitting appointment directly with our Tailor/Seamstress; offered only SUNDAYS between 8:00AM - 6:30PM. 

All Alterations/Tailoring work is performed by our expert Tailor/Seamstress both with 25+ years of industry experience at our sister company location in Santa Monica, CA. 

We have been in the Fine Dry Cleaning & Expert Alterations/Tailoring Industry for 30 years with storefronts in Santa Monica, CA and Venice, CA and are now honored to be able to extend our services at The Laundromat of San Pedro.

Pricing for formal attire/Special Event attire varies and will require scheduled fitting with Tailor/Seamstress on  Sunday. Pricing will be confirmed at scheduled fitting. 

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments through popular apps like Apple Pay and Google Pay for Alterations/Tailoring services, Wash & Fold Service and retail items.
